Missions System
Missions are Ranked by D, C, B, A, and S. D-Rank Missions are often completed by Genin alone, simple chores and escorts, C-Rank often have a small threat level to them and require a squad of Genin, or a Chunnin. B Rank missions are for a squad of Chunnin, or a Jounin. These missions are often dangerous and require lots of effort. A-Rank Mission are for Jounin and Kage, usually restricted to the best shinobi within a nation, with S-Rank being Kage level assignments that carry the up most secrecy. This template is for Kages, or Admin in charge of making missions. You dont make your own mission. You will be asigned to one. Keep an eye on your PM as that is how you will be given a mission.
It should be stated that if a mission takes place in more than one country or area, the team will have to create a seperate thread within the new country as well as put a link to the new thread in the original. This will allow the kage or staff who grades the mission to easily evaluate the entirety without searching through half the site. The new thread must contain the same name with with a [CONT] or [CONTINUED] at the end. If a thread goes beyond more than 2 countries, add a number to the end, as in [CONTINUED 2], as well as a new link.

Details
Kages will be the main force that drive missions within villages. Because clients from all over the world come to the shinobi villages to hire ninja for specific tasks, there will always be an abundance of missions to complete of all different ranks. Missions rank from D-S, each having their own range of difficult and each being a different type of mission. Ninja missions could range from anywhere between pulling weeds in the garden of a civilian villager, to assassinating a political figure or shinobi of another nation. After completing each mission, each shinobi that participated receive a reward for completion, and depending on the type of mission, may receive a bonus. The base reward for each ranking mission is as follows:
A: 1,500-2,500 Ryo
B: 850-1,250 Ryo
C: 250-350 Ryo
D: 100-200 Ryo

Along with character rewards for completing missions, the same amount of Ryo that characters are rewarded with for the completion of the mission will also be given to your village's treasury. This means that should you character be rewarded 700 Ryo for an A rank mission, 700 Ryo will also be added to your village's treasury, so that future Kage will be able to purchase upgrades for your village. Not only are you helping out yourself, but you are helping out your village as well, so complete as many missions as you can!

MISSION BONUSES
Every shinobi knows that missions are done ultimately to further their own village. And since it would be irresponsible to ignore this each village will gain "bonuses" for certain missions or after a certain number has been reached. These will manifest themselves in many ways, but are for the good of the village as a whole. So work hard.
